RESIN STATUES ARE FRAGILE IN NATURE AND SHIPPED OUT FROM CHINA TO WORLDWIDE

1.  All price stated on website is in USD currency.  MYR currency is applicable for direct bank in only. 

​

2. Normal Deposit is non-refundable basis. Full Payment can be refunded after deduct deposit penalty.

 

3. All the price shown is shipping excluded. Shipping fee will be calculated based on customer's country.

 

4. Paypal fee is INCLUDED for all products on The Collectibles Club's website.

5.  Product will only be reserved once we have received your payment. 

​

6. Cancellation of order may cause you lose of deposit payment. Please think twice before you purchase anything with us.

7.  NO refund, returns or exchange of products can be made. 

​

8. All products are 100% guaranteed original.

​

9. Final release date is subject to change/delay as all products are handmade or due to any unforeseen circumstances during production.

10. Final product may have vary from the prototype picture as studio may have change during production upon request or certain reason for a better outcome.

11. The Collectibles Club do provide several shipping option to suit your needs. You may contact us for your preferred shipping option.

​

12. All shipping fee is subject to custom clearance fees, import duties or taxes that would occur during the custom clearance. The Collectibles Club will NOT responsible for any of that fees. 

​

13. Most of the shipping fees are NOT covered by Insurance. Hence, we may only help you request for compensation if packaging is missing or serious damages is on outer box. Any other issues will not be covered by shipping fee.  

​

14. Some statues may have arrives in clean break or scratches on paint situation. Buyers might need to self-repair if statue has arrived in imperfect condition. Common defect can be fixed with glue or blu tack.

15. We may help you request for replacement parts from Studio in condition below:-

 - Serious flaws / breakage

 - Missing pieces / parts

16. Replacement parts or repair job is mostly ZERO COST but buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee. 

​

17. Studio/Manufacturer may have their own policy when comes to after sales service. Some will offers replacement parts / repair service but some do not. The Collectibles Club is only help to communicate so solution is all depends on the respective studio/manufacturer.

18. Buyers are NOT entitled for a refund if you received defect statue. We have ensure the statue is well packed before dispatch and there is too many situation during transit that is out of our control.  Hence, The Collectibles Club is NOT responsible to any defect or breakage of statue that arrives to you.

19. Buyer has to purchase at your own risk! As we have mentioned above resin statues are fragile and brittle in nature.  Statue received in good condition is also part of the luck!

20. Paypal Dispute is a serious issue. We are always here for communication for a solution and if customer open a dispute case on paypal against us, we will immediately canceled your order and blacklisted your account. Deposit penalty will be charged and we will refund rest of your payments. 

​

21. The Collectibles Club serve as a middle man between collectors and studio. Our mission is to provide a better platform and statue option for all the collectors. We do hope every collectors will receive their statue in good condition but we just can't control everything  that is not in our field. Hence, we will still try our best for you!
